Spring Crafts

Cameron and I did some spring crafts this week!!

Apple tree made with hand prints.

Butterfly made with foot prints.

Tulips made with hand prints.

This past week.

This past week has been pretty mellow. I have all of next week off work and have a lot planned. Here are a few photos of what the last week has been like:

Got to wear my rain boots!

We got some good storms, thunder, lightning and hail.

Had a successful girls night with the BFF, Steph. Complete,
with mimosas!
We puppy sat Dustin and Kirsten Risko's puppy, Diesel.
Went to a Padre's game with people from Ahryon's work.

Weather Crafts!

Yesterday was a rather rainy and gloomy day, so Cam suggested that we do weather crafts!! But she had nap in the afternoon and I ended up leaving before she got up so we did the rainy craft today!!

This craft I got an idea for on a few other blogs and kinda created my own to help Cam with her cutting and scissor using abilities.

We started with painting some blue all over the paper with watercolors. (We didn't have any blue construction paper. She loves painting anyway so it works!)

While we waited for that to dry, I pre-cut a cloud out of plain white paper.

After the paint was dry, I flipped it over and drew some lines on it, zig-zag, straight and curved. Then I let Cam cut on the lines. (Zig-zag were kinda difficult for her, so I had to help. I almost lost a finger because of it too.)

Then we glued cotton balls to our cloud to make it fluffy!

Then last and very not least, we attached our "rain" (cut pieces) to our cloud!

Meet Cameron

This is Cameron, and I nanny her 4 days a week. We did a little photoshoot outside the library for her Mom's Mothers Day present.
