Ten on Tues....Wednesday. Oops.

Sorry guys! I have this whole week off work, so I am confused on days as they are going by so slowly.

1. PMS. Thats all I gotta say. That and, my poor boyfriend. :(

2. I got to experience the California DMV on Monday. It was basically hell on earth. I got there at 7:55 when they opened and there was a line around the building. Luckily I had an appointment at 8:15 but, I didn't have my ORIGINAL birth certificate. Really? I need an original? Lame. So I tried to get an original, but you can order over the phone, online or through fax. You have to go in and order IN PERSON. Which is hard cause I am in California, not in Minnesota. Awesome. My parents are sending me a birth certificate so lucky me, I get to go back to the DMV next week.

3. Got accepted to Miracosta College!! I start classes June 14th!

4. Found out to get California tuition I need to cut all ties to Minnesota. Which means, I need to register my car to the state. Which I was trying to avoid, cause it is going to cost me $560 to get CA plates. Boo.

5. Went antiquing with Amy and Kirsten in downtown Carlsbad on Friday. We hit the motherload and it was AWESOME. We had so much fun!!

6. Also had a girls night with Steph on Friday!! We consumed 3 bottles of champagne and just a little bit of orange juice. :)

7. Went and laid out by Kirsten's pool yesterday. It was so nice to relax and soak in some Vitamin D. I got a little too much Vitamin D, ouch! Ahryon and I had dinner at Amy's last night, it was fun to just veg out on the couch.
There's Mr. Diesel :)

8. Sunday, I met Ahryon's Dad's family at Sunday dinner. They are all so nice and funny!!

9. Jodie, Amy, Sunshine, Janet and I all got pedicures on Sunday afternoon. I freaking love getting pedicures.

10. FINALLY GOT FRIENDS SEASONS SEVEN AND EIGHT IN THE MAIL!!!!! Woo-hoo!!! Watching it as we....speak?

Ten on Tuesday

I know, I know, I forgot to do Ten on Tuesday last week. Oops! Sorry guys!!

1. Cameron and I went to the mall today and tried on some new shades!!

2. Ahryon and I are headed to the Padres game tonight in San Diego with his boss! I am so excited! We are also taking the Coaster down. (This sweet fast train!)

3. I have all of next week off work. So I am going to get my new drivers license and new California plates.

4. I also have a meeting at Mira Costa College to enroll in Summer and Fall classes. New major!!! Child Development with a specialty in Special Ed or Reading/Writing. Not sure yet.

5. FINALLY! My house is done. Finished. Forever. I have finally decorated it enough to be satisfied. It is comfortable and lovely. :) I will post more pictures in another post.

6. Ahryon and I puppy sat this last Saturday. Our close friends, Dustin and Kirsten had a wedding up in Dana Point so we watched their boxer/bulldog puppy for the night. He is such a cutie!! His name is Diesel.

Diesel hanging out in my backseat, headed to the beach.

He loves my kitchen floor. And I guess my toes make a
good pillow.
He is such a sweetie! But Ahryon and I decided we are not ready for a puppy. He was good puppy birth control.

7. We had Easter brunch at Ahryon's parents on Sunday. Then headed to the beach and hung out with some friends.

8. My Mom sent Ahryon and I an Easter box! Lots of candy and pictures!!

9. Cam and I did some handprint and footprint painting yesterday!!! Check it out!!

Alex and Brian Bush's Wedding

What an AWESOME day. Their wedding was on Saturday on Naval Base Coronado. It was so beautiful. I helped Steph (a bridesmaid) and her daughter Addie (a flower girl) get ready that morning at my house. OH YEA, I helped Jake too. The man can't iron. Haha, he did help US out by occupying Addie while I was doing Steph's hair. I bet he never had that much abuse from a hair brush before.

Here are some pics from that morning. Addie getting her piggies curled:

Then hairspray time!:

And here are some from the rest of the day!

I believe in fixing things, not getting rid of them.

I definitely believe this. And thank God so does Ahryon, or else my ass would be on the curb about a year ago. HAHA.

We've been together over a year and half and my anxiety takes a toll on our relationship. Luckily I am dating one of the most patient men I have ever met. He knows that when I have my panic attacks (which consist of yelling, saying things I don't mean and usually end with crying.), that it just needs to run its course and then its done, and I am fine. I need to get it out or else I am miserable. He just sits there and takes it. When I am calmed down, he just gives me a hug and kiss and says "I love you, even though you are crazy."

True love right there people.

Hunger Games PREMIERE!!!

I dragged Ahryon to go see The Hunger Games on Friday night. Let's just say, I was rather disappointed. I mean the first book gave me nightmares while reading it, so I was expecting the same sort of feeling while watching the movie and I didn't even get close to feeling that. :(

If the books were rated like movies, the books would be rated R. The movie was only rated PG-13. If it was rated R, I think that the director could have achieved the same sort of tension and fear I felt while reading the books.

Either way, I am still excited for the second movie!!! :)
